Your initial coaching appointment is an opportunity for us to connect, explore what has brought you to Fern & Flint, and begin identifying what matters most to you. During this 60-minute session, we'll discuss your current circumstances, personal goals, priorities, and the areas of life where you're seeking greater clarity or direction. Together, we'll begin exploring meaningful next steps and consider how ongoing coaching may support your personal development. There is no expectation to commit to a coaching package following this appointment.
